Clover & Charm Co. offers thoughtfully curated stationery sets and gift bundles designed with a consistent aesthetic and palette.

Each set is assembled by hand. While the overall look and colour palette will remain true to the collection, exact items, shades and combinations may vary from what is shown in product photos.

These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of each set.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD.

Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Clover & Charm Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. During launches, restocks or peak periods, processing times may take a little longer as each order is carefully prepared.

Shipping times may vary depending on provider and location. Once your order has been dispatched, Clover & Charm Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Clover & Charm Co. is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If your parcel is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the curated and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details so we can review and resolve the issue.

7. Product Use

Our products are intended for personal use only. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from improper use of products or individual sensitivities, including allergic reactions to materials such as fabrics, coatings or adhesives.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding and product designs are the property of Clover & Charm Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Clover & Charm Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
